With 80% of Fallon’s youth at or slightly above the poverty level, the City of Fallon hoped to construct a warm and inviting facility dedicated to their youth. The Board of Directors looked to provide hundreds of children with a safe place where kids can be, well, kids.

Through the support and funding of the William N. Pennington Foundation, the Fallon Youth Center project went out for bids.
